Anam is the Gaelic word for soul. Cara is the word for friend. Anam Cara means soul friend, a person to whom you could reveal the hidden depths of your life. Anam Cara is an act of recognition and belonging, which is exactly what an invitation to the OWL Parliament is—a recognition that your soul belongs here, more importantly, your soul is owlways safe here.
The OWL Parliament at The OWL's Inn in Knoxville, Tennessee, is a private club designed to bring soul friends together through the magic of synchronicity, creating an owlstanding container for connections, creativity, and prosperity in business and life!
The Rules to the Parliament are simple: Nobody gets to be right or wrong. Everybody gets to be vulnerable. More importantly, OWL conversations are kept confidential. Check it out and see for yourself!

Through the magic of synchronicity, Katie and Aya met in a park for a Sound Bath experience that blossomed into a shared vision of creating a sacred gathering place for visionary women leaders in Knoxville, Tennessee. A space born not from ambition and force, but from rhythm, silence, and the call of the soul.
Together, Katie and Aya do not lead from the front, but from the center, cultivating a living field where wisdom is shared, not through force, but through resonance, remembrance, and deep trust in the unfolding.

The Outstanding Women Leaders Parliament is made up of accomplished women leaders in East Knoxville, Tennessee.
