Katie L. Eades, CPCC
In January of 2020, I held a vision to once again build a globally recognized, life-changing coaching company, only this time focused on corporate leadership and management rather than fitness and athletics. By 2022 that vision expanded to focus on breath-work and soul-work to meet my client's needs.
After coaching 2500+ hours in Fortune 500 companies, gathering hundreds of testimonials, and taking dozens of trainings and certifications in corporate and spiritual development, I opened The OWL's Inn, in Knoxville, Tennessee, to serve as a gathering place for women leaders from around the world to escape, strategize, and receive owl the practical SOULutions they need to SOAR in leadership, relationships, (parenting) and life!
In February of 2026, OWL launches the first ever Women's Leadership Certification Program that is both personal and professional, based on your birth information and your breathing information (HRV training), and includes a personalized getaway retreat tailored to meet your personal and professional development goals.
